	Hotel Style Studio Studio with Queen bed, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave & toaster. Separate Bathroom facilities. $105.00 - $145.00 per night
	Hotel Style Studio with Spa Bath Queen bed with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and toaster. Deluxe double Spa bath in ensuite. $125.00 - $150.00 per night
	One-Bedroom Units Ideal for families - as they can accommodate 3 to 5 persons. With a Queen Bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the bedroom and/or living room. All units have Kitchen facilities consisting of a 2 burner hob, microwave, all crockery, cutlery, etc. The units have separate bathroom facilities .Some units do have baths with shower over. Please advise if you prefer a ground floor unit. $120.00 - $180.00 per night
	2 Bedroom Unit Larger unit with 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 twin room. Unit also has a sofa bed and Kitchen facilities. Separate Bathroom with shower. Great for longer stay! $150.00 - $220.00 per night
	Premium Studio Unit Our premium studios opened in July 2006. These units have a Queen Bed, kitchen facilities including a hob and microwave. They have recliner chairs, separate bathroom and free wired broadband access. $120.00 per night
	Premium One-Bedroom Unit Brand New units opened July 2006. These units have Queen Bed in the bedroom with own TV. The living area comprises dining area, living and has 1 or 2 single beds. Separate Bathroom facilities and kitchen area with Hob and Microwave. Free wired broadband access. These units are on the 1st floor. $135.00 - $195.00 per night
	Premium one Bedroom unit with Deluxe Spa Bath Brand New units opened July 2006. Our luxury one bedroom units are great for families who wish to take advantage of the family unit with the Spa bath. These units also have a kitchen with hob and Microwave and the separate bedroom has its own TV. Free wired broadband access. These units are on the ground floor. $145.00 - $210.00 per night

Booking Policies

Check in/Check out:
Check in is from 1pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check in or a late departure may be available by prior arrangements.

Cancellation/refund policy:
All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the arrival date incur no fees. Cancellations made within the 72 hour period may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights' accommodation cost. Where deposits are held these charges will be deducted from the deposit. If credit card details are used to secure the booking, the charge will be made to the credit card number provided. Special conditions apply to Group reservations.

Credit Card guarantees:
No charges are made against your credit card prior to your arrival. Cancellation policies do apply.

Smoking:
All units in our complex are smoke free. Ashtrays are provided outside the units and in the pool area. Please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General:
Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Accounts:
All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
